  • Discuss all related move responsibilities
  • Discuss furniture, fixtures and equipment requirements
  • Discuss preliminary Budget for soft and hard costs
  • Establish preliminary Critical Path Schedule
  • Review preliminary plans for cost effectiveness.
  • Prepare preliminary Estimate for Soft Costs
  • Prepare preliminary Construction Costs Estimates from final space plans
  • Review preliminary Budget
  • Interview, Pre-qualify, and Select Contractor or Contractors
  • Prepare Competitive Bid Package for Contractor Bid or Subcontractor Bids
  • Evaluate Contractor Pricing and Present Final Costs
  • Award Construction Contracts upon Client’s Approval
  • Client approves Final Budget

 Project Management Services

  • Develop Master Project Critical Path Schedule
  • Assist in the procurement of building permits
  • Monitor Project Budget

Post Construction Services

  • Interview, Pre-qualify structured cabling vendors
  • Prepare and distribute Competitive Bid Package
  • Evaluate Contractor Pricing and Present Final Costs
  • Award Construction Contracts upon Client’s Approval
  • Coordination of telephone and data/cabling for new facility
  • Assure system test before turn over.

Relocation Planning and Move Coordination

  • Interview, Pre-qualify, and Select Moving companies
  • Prepare distribute Competitive Bid Package
  • Evaluate Contractor Pricing and Present Final Costs
  • Award Contracts upon Client’s Approval
  • Coordination at place or origin and destination
  • On site management of the formal move

Furniture Purchasing and Installation

  • Interview, Pre-qualify, and Select Furniture Vendors for Client
  • Prepare Competitive Bid Package for Vendors bids
  • Evaluate Furniture Vendors Pricing and Present Final Costs
  • Coordinate delivery with Property Management
  • Award Furniture Vendors Contracts upon Client’s Approval
  • Periodic supervision of furniture and case goods
  • Walk through and punch list

Signage Planning, Procurement & Installation

  • Interview, Pre-qualify, and Select Signage Company
  • Prepare Competitive Bid Package for Vendors bids based on Architect’s or Graphic Artist specifications
  • Evaluate Vendors Pricing and Present Final Costs for Client approval
  • Award Vendor Contract and schedule installation.

Support Services Equipment

  • Identify leased and owned office equipment ie: copiers, facsimile machines, coffee, water and vending
  • Determine requirements for new facility in accord with new space design
  • Solicit vendor pricing for Client’s approval
  • Evaluate Vendors Pricing and Present Final Costs for Client approval
  • Schedule delivery of new or relocation of existing in accord with project schedule
